- Global Knowledge Live Labs uses a secure web site
protected through SSL certificates, SSL (secure sockets layer)
and browser encryption. Some parts of the system are delivered over
standard internet protocols for technical reasons.
- This web site is accessed using an userid and password. Each
userid/password combination is valid for a single user or team of
students working together in a classroom. Except for student teams
assigned by an instructor, sharing of userid/password among separate
users is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Global Knowledge Live Labs is generally available 24
hours per day, except for standard scheduled maintenace occuring
from the second Saturday of each month at noon to the following
Sunday at noon, US Eastern Time.
- Should you experience problems accessing the web site, help is
available during normal business days, excluding holidays, during
the times of 8:00am - 8:00pm EST at +1 (866) 825-8555 or by
- Global Knowledge Live Labs can be accessed with secure
web browsers that utilize SSL Technology. The site is best viewed using

(version 6.0). No other browsers are currently supported.
- Global Knowledge Live Labs deliver portable document format
(.pdf) content. Such content is best viewed with the
Adobe® Acrobat Reader®. The
Acrobat Reader should be installed in your web browser.
- For optimal usage this web site should be accessed with
a network speed of 56Kbps or better.
- This system, its user interfaces and its labs are the
copyrighted property of Global Knowledge Network, Inc. It
is a violation of these terms and conditions to copy, modify,
adapt, transcribe, transfer to any third party or merge this
user interface or these labs, except in the case where a system
hardcopy of a lab is made to assist the user to perform the labs
on this specifically, and in the case in which a screenshot or
text from the system is forwarded to Global Knowledge support
to assist in the troubleshooting of user difficulties.
- Limitation of Liability. GLOBAL KNOWLEDGE DOES NOT ACCEPT
LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY
LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST
OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND
SUPPORT GLOBAL KNOWLEDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS,
